Seriously good service, really friendly and just all round a great dealership.
Exceedingly poor levels of customer service. Sold me a faulty brand new vehicle and now refuses to even engage. Andy Edwards who runs this dealership is a particularly sly individual who has willingly allowed me and my family to drive an unsafe vehicle and refuse to let us return it despite it manifesting the same fault 3 times in a 5 month period. A brand new XC60, supposedly one of the safest vehicles should not have these faults and if any other dealership or even human being was to see the danger it had placed me and my family in would have shown some compassion. I would avoid this dealership like the plague and go elsewhere. All is well until a problem arises and then staff won't answer calls or emails and even lie directly to you. Shocking.
5 star service from Sam and Harry! My mum and I Rushed into the dealership past closing time on a Monday, got lucky that Sam was still there, we picked a car, and thanks to Sam and Harry we Had all paperwork and car ready to collect by Wednesday!Thank you Sam for staying so late to wait for us to pick up the car :) Super fast, easy and pleasant experience, highly recommended!
