Customer service appalling. Contacted 4 times for a call back which never happens. Terrible
Poor customer service under staffed. We were standing around looking for someone for about 15 minutes. Only 1 person working
it was good that I got the part I needed but the fella in the parts dept took forever she knew I had travelled from East London A d that I had to fit the part at 4.30 in the dark, but still be faffed about talking to somdone on the phone about something that wasn't in stock and they was never going to buy.
Front of shop staff are fantastic. A small but essential repair fitted in to Gates busy schedule to ensure that i had the vehicle for work next week.
Cant compliment enough the level of service. Really went the extra mile. Treated brilliantly by all staff especially les cross. Strongly recommend this dealership
