Possibly the worst customer service experience I have witnessed. Bizarre given the back drop of challenging market conditions for new car sales. Totally unacceptable to be told my appointment to purchase a new car would be delayed owing to the sales executive watching training videos!! What made this even worse was that the Business Sales Manager wanted to defend this position - advising that we would need to wait another 20-25 minutes - in my professional opinion possibly the worst business decision ever!!

Went in to trade in my car for the GLA.. I was introduced to Jake in Bishops Stortford and he was great. Matched my budget and I got the car I wanted. Great communication and constant updates on the order. Even went in on his day off to hand over the car to me. Extremely happy with every aspect of the car and service. Well done guys one very happy customer and will 100% recommend and come back.
