Bought a lovely Audi A6 which sadly had the famous multitronic issue, which nobody could have foreseen. They immediately took the car back, provided me with a rental car for a couple of weeks and sorted it all out under the warranty and redelivered the car back to me, keeping me informed along the way. They also sorted out a sat nav issue without hesitation. They are the most helpful car dealership I've ever been to, always responsive to emails and calls.
