This dentist is amazing! I am not his client but was an emergency, he spotted the problem very quickly and the treatment didn't last long. It's obvious that he is experienced and he made me relax.
I am not one really for leaving reviews, but really feel these guys need to be raved about. The experience I receive from these guys are amazing. From reception right up to the dentist and the nurses. Always very welcoming, professional and most of all my treatment has always been amazing. My wife and children also are treated at the practice and we have no complaints here. I would highly recommend this practice.
Hi Louise Im not sure you read My response correct? The name I was referring to was what you called your service...DIE FOR HYGIENE in your previous thread. Always over the years I have made My own hygienist appointment with no upfront charge....Why has the changed? You still have not explained this? The name Die for hygiene has put Me off!...Not sure what you mean by the 23 years and name changes etc?....Maybe read back the threads and you will see.Hi Louise HollandMany thanks for your quick response to My review. I have been coming to the Dentist with My family for many years and found on My last visit I'm not totally satisfied with the service. When leaving, I paid for My treatment but was also asked by the receptionist for an additional payment for a hygiene appointment that was in the future? Treatment that I was yet to have or even know if I needed? Obviously I politely declined, I feel this is not good practise and has now put Myself and My family off returning to the dentist. Many of the familiar faces within the practise was missing. I always found it a pleasant and friendly experience visiting the dentist. After My last experience I feel that the practise is after making money and I will now look to move somewhere else.
Following a bad dental experience in childhood I had a fear of dentists but was recommended by a friend to go and see Raj at 'The Dentist' practice in Bishops Stortford. I have now been attending regularly for a number of years and Raj always has a wonderful way of putting you at ease. On those occasions when I have required treatment over and above the normal check up the procedure has always been very well explained and executed so sensitively that I have been made to feel extremely calm and and relaxed. Cannot recommend the practice highly enough and Raj in particular especially if you have any trepidation around dental work.
