Went for a consultation and they did moulds and x-rays and was told I needed braces. The main orthodontist told me that I need a bit of flesh removed as I had a midline gap with a bit of gum that would always try and get in between my two front teeth, I wasnt bothered. They told me to come back in a month and a half which I thought was outrageous. This ortho is oversubscribed with the longest waiting times of appointments, but a good thing I would say is that once you sign in theyll see you within 10-20 mins unless they have clearly stated they are running behind schedule. Got my braces was super exited. They unnecessarily put two clay drops on my back teeth, I was unable to eat in the back of my mouth for a month or close my mouth. It was uncomfortable and I instructed them to file it down, unreluctantly they did but on one tooth didnt fully file it down. Got my braces removed and loved the results although struggled biting down properly as they finally decided to properly remove the clay dot. I was given clear retainers and was told to wear them all the time apart from when eating. I was never given a case or instructed how to clean them. I lost the retainers and they charged me 70 to get new ones but my teeth had moved by then and I returned complaining saying that Im not happy about the results. They then told me I had to pay 1000 per row for braces even though I am below the age of 18. I was disgusted by that quote and left the practice permanently, they carried on trying to contact us and we told them to remove us off their database. The woman who treated me was SO rude and sassy. I urge you to save your money and go private with professional staff
Terrible dentist would not recommend Monica she is a horrible person who don't care about you as a person or concerns if she was good at her job my teeth would be straight
My daughter had her teeth straightent here with braces. The practice is clean and friendly staff. I would personally recommend Wiltus Bothia he's very experienced and has a gentle touch.
