I had an emergency and even if i wasnt registred with them, i pop in the clinic on a Sunday and they offered me an appointment in like 30minutes even if i was a new nhs pacient.After i was put on hold from my dental practice for a tooth extraction for which they told me to wait a few months (hospital refferal) or either pay 250 and do it in there privately!! the doctor in Damira Dental Practice done the extraction in 5minutes for no cost.Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!
A visit to the dentist can be daunting. My appointment this week for a check up was a positive one. The receptionist, Sheniece was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The dentist, George, and dental nurse, Anne, were friendly and chatty putting me at ease immediately. The examination was efficient and pain free. Whilst scaling my teeth, George kept asking me if I was comfortable, even though he was very gentle. He also gave me good advice of possible future treatment.options. Thank you.
My daughter was seen as an emergency. She was spoken to as an adult and listened to. She was made to feel comfortable and the process explained to her. The Dentist and Nurse appeared to really care. Very happy with the work undertaken and the entire time I was there. Friendly reception staff too!
I had an appointment with my 4 year old daughter and found everyone to be warm, friendly and welcoming. Kellie the nurse was especially reassuring to my 4 year old. And the dentist Haroon gave us both really good advice, i would highly recommend this practise.
