Owner became aggressive and confrontational when he thought I was questioning his solution (I wasnt) to a problem that had developed while they had my car His solution wasnt right but he didnt apologise. Very angry man. Wouldnt use again
called for a quote; was told they were too busy until next week (fair enough) so I asked for a price anyway (don't need my car to commute) and the fella on the other end of the phone clearly didn't like the fact that I was a woman who vaguely knew what she was talking about when asking for prices for items (worked in the trade for 10+ years), subsequently gave me a ridiculously inflated price just to fob me off and practically hung up on me. I would have happily taken my car here had they been professional, courteous and even a little friendly on the phone but with that attitude they clearly don't feel like they need my business. Shame!
