Incredibly friendly staff, always happy to help and solve the problem as quickly as possible. Wouldnt go anywhere else to get my car fixed. Thank you George and all the other staff!
Absolute joke , paid for dpf filter online to be cleaned 90 ish when I arrived I got told this does not work and I need to pay 300 for a proper clean , gave them the benefit for the doubt and paid it as I needed the job done , 1 day later still have issues and i was told I could pick up truck at 3pm and had to wait two extra hours ! , booked mot and I arrived half hour late due to traffic ect , the man who is at reception is a disgrace with his condescending rude behaviour , he has cost Halfords thousands as I will not send any of my work motors to them again , rude rude rude people who do not know how to treat customers , I managed to get mot elsewhere same day and I will recommend no one wastes time with them , absolute con artists , I should of leant my lesson after dpf con , why sell a service which the receptionist said does not work !!!! Joke company

Very professional service. When they realised they could fix the problem without much work, they reduced the cost significantly. Threw in a couple of new bulbs and small jobs for free. Highly recommended.
Excellent service as usual. Justin was so very helpful and friendly. Had tyre check and tracking done. Also they replaced one of my front tyres on the spot, although I hadn't ordered it in advance. The staff and technicians always explain thing simply and don't make me feel patronised as us ladies often feel in a garage! Very efficient service, about 45 minutes and Justin was very good company whilst he worked and I was waiting. Would recommend to everyone local to Stortford. A. Rixson
