This was my first visit but will definitely be returning. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and all the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing.
Got a pedicure here it was a good service but not as detailed a service as normal. The price was expensive for one single colour. Had a voucher which is why I went but not sure I'd go again due to prices are more than other spas in the area.
Exceptional service, a great selection of treatments and very professional and knowledgeable therapists. A wonderful spa that provides all the extras wow factors you would want plus there is free parking.
I had recently very negative experience with Signature Spa unfortunately, I was booked in to have a facial but my car broke down that morning and I called them to see if I can cancel my appointment, the lady who I spoke to said its absolutely fine and next time when I need to cancel with such a short notice I would have to pay for the treatment which I agreed on. Then few days later I got a phone call from this rather aggressive woman saying that I need to pay for my treatment,I explained to her that your colleague said I didnt so we went back and forwards with the same thing many times she was saying that I had to pay for it even though I couldnt attend the appointment and I was saying that I was told completely different few days ago and the lady who I spoke to few days ago wasnt aware of the policy. Sadly thats not my issue if the staff are not knowledgeable of their own policies and tell one day one thing and few days later another thing. If had been told on the day of appointment that I would have to pay for it anyway I would have taken a taxi there as it would have been still cheaper thn being charged for the appointment I couldnt attend due to my car being broken down. So she continued being very one sided and persistent on the phone and made me pay for the appointment over the phone. I feel like this could have been dealt in so much better way and as it was then who messed me around they should have taken some responsibility for it but sadly not.
