This estate agency is staffed with professional courteous staff who combine excellent interpersonal skills with a prompt, reliable and efficient service.We primarily dealt with Tom Caulfield and he was excellent. He drove the sale through so that we have been able to be "in situ" before Xmas and we have always found him to be responsive, helpful, and his comments / advice was always on-point. If you want to sell a property in the area or indeed purchase one, use Russell Property, they are first class.
A fabulously attentive service throughout, making what can be a stressful time, relatively stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and both Oliver and Alicia were always responsive to my needs, whatever the time or query. I would definitely recommend Russell Property and use them again one day, but not for a few years!!
