I'm trying to get in touch with someone for more a week now to book a viewing and they always tell me "I will take your details and someine will call you back " and nothing happens. Last Thursday I was waiting for them to confirm me a viewing on Saturday, I had no call and on Monday they sent me a message that I have an appointment for the Saturday that has gone. The most difficult agency to talk to.
