Food was undercooked (Pink chicken), manager / owner was highly abusive and using innaproriate language when asked for a refund and fully refused to Refund. Terrible customer management and undercooked food. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Cancels orders as soon as they open regardless of who it is at the company I work for , have no idea why , but I recommend people here and then they go and act like this , you guys need to sharpen up quickly Other then that the food is usually really good

Today I went there and order 10" pizza, they told me 6.49 then I told them I need coke with glass . They brought me glass was so dirty I had to tell them kindly to change it . The staf done with smile and apploze . The cheese in pizza was so runny , I had it . Didn't say a word but had good test . I went to pay they charge me 11.99. I paid after that when I asked manage told me because I feel like it , the way of you came inside I didn't like it and I put service charge just add up . I asked do you alway do ? He said no I just did because I didn't like you . And shout at me this my shop and go away . The customer service was rubbish . I told him will report you ,,? Okay you can do it , that is my shop and I put ruleDefinitely do it , as you said there is Cc TV .I will reported your rudeness and your poor customer service .
