Dirty reception area, someone had dragged mud through it and it wasn't cleaned up for hours. Hallways smelled of damp and the whole place needs a bit of a refurb. Nice to know that drunk passengers not allowed on planes in Stansted get dropped off by the police here!! Not worth 50 a night more in the 35 region you get far more for your money in other named hotels.
In need of a refresh. Shabby and not particularly clean. We were not told we now had to fetch our breakfasts from reception, and only found out when I went to see what had happened to the food. Doubt we'll stay there again
Good location to the airport, Stansted services and parking. I recommend staying here if you have early flights out of Stansted.
Good price, friendly staff, perfectly decent beds and bathroom for the price and quiet enough to not disturb sleep. Not the best pillows in the world but okay
Very kind and well organized staff. Great rooms, very cleaned and comfortable. You can reach the hotel from the airport with the bus numbers 309 or 510 directly from the couch station underneath. The bus stop is really close to the hotel, reachable by a little path. Rooms are provided with a TV, bathroom and a kettle with coffee and tea. There's also a service area nearby with Starbuck's and few shops. .Highly recommended!
