Beautiful items. Bought everything I wanted there.
We have been very impressed by the guys at Elements. We visited their Ongar showroom and was assisted by a very nice lady who didn't give us the hard sale. While they had a wide selection she mentioned that their Bishop Stortford showroom had even more on display but we had found a Maui garden furniture set that we liked (although one company online was selling the same set for a little less). The manager of Elements was a true gentleman and managed to beat the online price. The after sales care was superb. Delivery was quick and on time, and the delivery driver was very attentive when bringing the furniture through. Overall our experience with Elements was first class and we have since referred two of our friends to them. As local people it was very satisfying dealing with a local company who offer such great customer service.
