We had our Blackstone Kitchen installed in November which we are absolutely delighted with. The cabinetry is worth every penny. For us what really stands out above the rest is the first class service. They make you feel very valued as a client and will go to great lengths to make sure the kitchen is perfect. They will return to correct anything should something not be quite right. Nothing is too much trouble. We have been so impressed we have since asked Blackstone to design and quote for wardrobes.
Our eagerly awaited Blackstone Kitchen did not disappoint. From initially meeting Rob in the Bishops Stortford showroom, we were quickly issued with our detailed colour design which the planners were happy to amend as per any changes we had as time went by. We went to Colchester too and met Grant and the team where we saw a few other design details that we asked them to incorporate too! The process throughout was very smooth and clearly laid out in advance so no surprises. Finally Carl and the installation team did a great job and the care and attention to detail that you want is obvious in the final product. So thank you to all at Blackstone, we love our new kitchen.

Rob has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so grateful for his skill, advice and expertise during the installation.

All we can say is that Rob Dunn, who looked after both sales and installation really is an asset to the company. His advice and more over his finishing and fitting were absolutely second to none. It really was a pleasure to have him in our home, always punctual and tidy. Having a new kitchen, always has its ups and downs but Rob and all the team at Blackstone kitchens helped smooth the way through. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
