Never been to Paddock cycles before and Colin was very helpful and welcoming. He fitted my gx groupset very quickly and to perfection. And at a great price which trumps every other local bike shops! I highly reccomend Paddock cycles!
I was really worried that something terrible had happened to my handlebars after I was quoted at least 40 by another repairer. Colin did a fast repair at a very reasonable price while dealing with two other customers and fixed my gears as well. Brilliant service.
Fantastic place. Colin is a genuine enthusiast and can't do too much to help. Nothing is too much trouble, and his personable and enthusiastic attitude is a breath of fresh air. If I could give 10 stars I would. Worth going out of your way for the best 'local bikeshop' experience!
Very positive experience. Great service and fair prices. I have mention that the owner went that extra mile to get my bicycle working perfectly even though I was just there to have the chain replaced. He's definitely earned a new customer.
