I had bought 2 Nextbase 312GW dash cams at this store last March. I was advised by really friendly and knowledgable staff regarding my purchase. Unfortunately one of the cameras developed a small problem recently, so I decided to take it back to the store and see what could be done about it. Again I was met by really helpful and understanding staff. They took the camera in for troubleshooting in the afternoon, by the next morning I received a phonecall that I would immediately receive a brand new camera under warranty. I would like to thank the staff at Halfords Bishops Stortford for their great help and also Nextbase for honouring their warranty and returns policy. I highly recommend this store.
After a long time period off from cycling, I have decided to get bsck into crosd country and downhill MTB. To be honest, I'm very novice when it comes to my bike knowledge and was a bit apprehensive to walk into a shop and appear stupid! I was met with outstanding service by a staff member called Dom. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and was guided through the tech of my bike. It was fixed in great time (it had about 6 issues) and all my questions were answered. Superb advice and friendly, considerate service. I now feel I have a team of people and especially Dom who can support my cycling career going forward!Overall; cost-effective, welcoming and knowledgable service. Hats off to Dom and the rest of the Halfords team here.

Cramped shop with much squeezed into it. Staff are helpful without being overbearing. Some millenial customers, as with any other business, will always be a bit precious unless you are fawning over them.
Extremely helpful staff. Paul the bicycle mechanic is excellent at his job, sadly he only works the weekend.
