We would like to thank the team at BSVH for the wonderful care and attention they have given to our beloved cat Minnie over the last 10+ years.Unfortunately, old age (she was 20) finally caught up with her yesterday. A vet and a nurse (sorry I've forgotten your names) from BSVH came to our house to do the deed. They showed exceptional professionalism and couldn't have been more loving to her. She didn't feel a thing when the moment came.Thank you again for all of your help.
The vets and all staff here are fantastic. My cat has been poorly for the last 2 weeks, the care they have shown is amazing. I ring to give updates or check on my cats meds or ring for advice on her change in behaviour. I feel they must think oh it's her again, but no they are polite and just brilliant. They clearly care so much about animals and it shows in the way they are towards them and us humans.
We have used this vet as a family for over 20 years and they definitely make us feel like family. They know the animals and their individuality, they go above and beyond to ensure the welfare of all the animals and owners in their care no matter how big or small the animal or procedure required. I would whole heartedly recommend this vets

Keith and Ronnie (British Shorthairs) come here, the team always make a fuss over them theyre treated so well and are comfortable when visiting due to the consideration the hospital gives to cat needs (separation from dogs and the ability to sit off the ground.
