Great staff and customer service
Terrible staff unwilling to listen to anything I was saying, just out to scam you into deals. There was a man being served who's problem of running out of data would have been solved by downloading his music on Spotify to listen offline, but instead he got roped into a 12 month contract paying 20+ for an extra data package. Disgusting. I shopped online and bought the s9 for half the price that the men in store were offering, would definitely suggest doing that instead
Shockingly rude, unhelpful and arrogant staff. I have never experienced anything like it. if you want an entirely different service then jump in the car and visit the Harlow branch - the staff there couldnt be more different; they're knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and helpful every time.
