I suppose the 1 star could be for entry alone. Stood waiting at counter with my parcel. Eventually I went into cafe area to ask if anyone was serving. "Well she left at ten (now 11). Must be stuck in traffic." No apology. Nobody else who was able to take her place temporarily. Another gentleman came with his post and left shaking his head. I went home! Very bad service.
