I have used Mindfully Active Physio not for the first time as its a holistic approach to Physio and really helped with my issue. I had knee reconstructive surgery and as a consequence my rehab had to be very bespoke and James was able to really help me to maximise both the use of my knee again and also the movement I now have. Without Mindfully Active physio I would not have the movement I have in my knee that is for sure. Could not recommend more highly and I will definitely use them again !
