ordered via just eat 7pm aprox with estimated delivery of 7.45pm. 8.30 and still no sign of a delivery. I had called prior to this and was assured the driver was on route. Not so! I had to call another 3 times and was repeatedly told same thing. be honest with your customers. it goes a long way. being fobbed off is the worst way to be treated as a paying client and it shows the business up for what it really is. I understand you get busy. I get it. but any respectable business would be up front with customers about eta on delivery. otherwise it only appears theyre interested in taking money for a service they clearly cant provide. quite dishonest actually and that leaves a bitter taste. not the amount of. money - keep it as youre so desperate for every penny. but be truthful with customers, keeping your business up and running.just eat filed a complaint on my behalf but the manager refused a partial refund without further discussion. as I say its not the money, keep every penny of it. but I cant abide being lied too, fobbed off and disrespected with no due cause..Hope the manager gets his comeuppance and people treated like I was earlier vote with their feet.
By far the best Indian restuarant in Bishops Stortford and Hertfordshire.
Excellent takeaway every time. My wife is dairy intolerant and they are more than happy to make most of the dishes dairy-free which is fantastic.

Friday evening I walked past the restaurant and made a polite joke about one of the drivers from the restaurant and his car alarm going off. The driver turned around and abused both myself and my father screaming and swearing at us. The driver represents the restaurant and therefore they must condon this discusting behaviour. I then called the restaurant to complain and management seemed uninterested and said they would have a word! Customer service starts from the moment he parks outside the take away to pick up and finishes once he has delivered his last meal. We won't be ordering from them again, however good the food is from the restaurant.
