Cancelled my insurance with them and they preceded to charge me another month after I had sold the car we have phoned them about this but they seem to struggle to understand the fact I no longer have the car and that I no longer need the insurance. Harassing me to pay the fact I had mentioned Im Autistic didnt seem to sink into the fact I dont like being bombarded with emails, texts l, phone calls and letters. Disgusted at the way I have been treated. Wouldnt recommend in the slightest.
If I could leave no stars I would. I had a black box with this company and they cancelled my insurance due to dangerous driving even tho on that day it was thick snow so I was unable to get off my drive way! Awful company staff are nothing but rude and unhelpful. Please do not use this company they caused nothing but problems for me! The black box was also faulty which I mentioned to them a few times as they kept calling me about it not being correctly placed even tho I sent photos of it correctly from the instructions shown! Not even worth a star rating! Like previous reviews state AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
I understand that as a first year driver, my premium is going to be high, and likely with a black box. Nonetheless, when I was asked on the phone what I think my ESTIMATED annual mileage would be, I told them 6,000 miles. This made my policy 1900 with a black box for a 1.1 car. 8 Months down the line, I receive an email advising me that I have exceeded my mileage cap and that I have 5 days to purchase more or my policy will be cancelled. I call them up, and they charge me 300 for a further 5,000 miles. I reluctantly purchased this as I didn't really have a choice because I had already gone slightly over. 3 months down the line, I get another email advising the same. This has really angered me as the employee who I purchased my insurance from never told me i would be held to this. I can say that I will not be going with Flux again. You would think that by paying this much you would get at least some transparency and good customer service, but this is unfortunately not the case.
I couldn't believe how I was delt with when trying to cancel the policy I was talking with Danielle and her attitude talking over me and keep talking when I was and just her rudeness my partner suffers with special needs and mental health issues I told her my partner was a vulnerable customer that didn't seem to bother her and as she kept saying it's not a pay as you go policy so what exactly are the monthly payments for!!! There a disgusting company and couldn't careless about there customers and that's quite obvious with the reviews on Google wouldn't recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!
Terrible company do not use!! Got insurance for my daughter as a learner driver and myself as a named driver paid 352 for the year in August, phoned to say she had passed her test they will only refund me 25!!?? How can they justify this for only 5 months insurance, I would of renewed the policy with them but they changed the price by the end of the conversation. They also cancelled the policy while I was at work with the car!! Avoid this company at all cost they completely rip you off.
