Utterly appalling. This is listed as an NHS Walk-in Centre - except it isn't! I turned up I'll in the middle of the day and was turned away by the receptionist - as the walk-in centre apparently only operates out of hours, defeating the entire point of these services! So if you need to use a walk-in centre, then stay well clear of the idiots at this place!

Arrived at 1620 for an Xray, was back in the car by 1700 after being given the all clear. Very helpful staff.
I was there two times for my blood test and thing which I don't really like is that nurse who was doing it didn't use any gloves. She was wiping off the blood from somebodys hand, later she washed her hands and used alcohol but that's still making risk of infection for other patients. My girlfriend had similar experience with the same person.
Went to the Minor Injuries Unit when my teenage daughter twisted her ankle and could barely walk. How great to have a facility like this where I could drop her at the door and then park nearby. Just a short hobble to the MIU and across the corridor for an x-ray. Staff were excellent and we only had to wait about 20 minutes.
