I had tried the other salons in Bishops Stortford but Tony and Guy are by far the best. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I was made to feel comfortable by the staff as soon as I walked in and as I wasn't sure what I wanted was very pleased with the cut. Highly recommended
called in last minute to see if I could get a quick wash and blow dry before an evening out. The manager, Ria worked hard in order to accommodate me as they were busy. I cant thank her enough for taking the time to work out where I could slot into. As an added bonus, I had so many compliments on how shiny and great my hair looked. The blow dry lasted perfectly the next day too!
Fantastic experience with the new manager Ria. I stopped going here last year after disappointing service. It was really lovely seeing someone clearly love what they do, really engage with what I wanted and be honest in what was do-able for the first appointment.
I had my highlights & cut done this week and I am absolutely thrilled with a result! I had so many compliments from colleagues and clients alread! Been coming to T&G for years and they never never disappointed me: friendly attentive staff & exellent service. Rather not comment too much ..but there are better hair salons not so far away. And just for the record Val who was the star of the show doesnt work there anymore, once she left it was over for that salon in my view. Val is now in Great Dunmow and is very talented look up VS hair professional London.
