I visited this shop for the first time last month hoping to get a replacement lead for my baby monitor. I took the baby monitor with me and asked the member of staff to help with getting the correct one. I left happy with a new lead. However, when I got home none of the attachments worked so I bought it back as I would have to source another one.They refused to give me a refund, even though the item was not fit for purpose. I received a credit note instead. I didnt need anything else from this shop. My husband then went down to ask for a refund and again was told it wasnt company policy. We had looked up are customer rights before hand just to make sure we were within our rights, and by law we are entitled to a refund. The management refused to except this and we left with a credit note we will never use. I much prefer shopping locally but I will not shop in the place again. Very poor customer service.
Lots of accessories but i was disappointed with repair service as my vacuum was returned damaged
