Not bad service they should be a lot cheaper than what they are

Been using these people for a long while. but had an eye yest and the glasses made me feel sick, when worn.thought I would go to another eye test store and get a second opinion. glad I did as presciption was wrong.had to go back and get it changed. but only do e after an argument with a staff member. would not go back again. if I was anyone else I would move around every year just to try another shop and their equipment they have. as Specsavers is a little behind on pre test equipment.

I have not been to an optician for a few years now and was pleasantly surprised with the quick and efficient service they gave.Apart from testing my eyes for vision they also carried out a health check on them. This was also done to one of my friends at another Specsavers. The results of this test showed up something abnormal with one of his eyesThe end result was he had a small tumor behind his eye which was removed and his life was saved. From this I would say get your eyes tested regularly especially if you are getting older. A good place to go and have this done is definitely Specsavers.Highly recommend.

The eye test was very easy and the optician was very friendly and informative. However, I was then passed on to a very pushy sales rep who did her best to sell me tons of things I didn't need. When I told her I wasn't interested in any added extras (50 for anti-reflective coating!) she was basically done with me and became quite frosty. When I went to pick up my new glasses 2 weeks later, same attitude, and didn't offer to adjust them when I said they felt a bit big. I walked over to Boots Opticians who adjusted them free of charge. I won't bother going back and will give Boots my money next time.

Absolutely outstanding service . Went in with a broken arm (on my frame ) and only back up I had were sunglasses which is not very professional in surgery . A lovely woman changed the frame in less than 5 mins no charge and I can now see again thank you for taking my emergency on board and for delivering amazing customer service . I wish I had taken the name of the lady who served me as she delivered what is missing in so many stores these days . Thank you
