I have been doing yoga at Karmapace for about a year now and really enjoy it. Adrienne is an excellent teacher and tailors all moves to your ability, and I'm definitely more flexible since starting yoga.

I never thought Yoga would be for me but I have once I started the classes at Karmaspace, I was hooked! I am more flexible now, in my 40s that I was in my 20s. I have had a very sore/stiff shoulder from a car accident and I can see the progress I that I have made and how much more movement and mobility I have in my shoulder. All that progress is attributable to Adrienne's classes. I would recommend these classes to anyone at any level for both physical and metal strength!
Having tried a number of local classes without finding one that really suited, this one is perfect. Adrienne is a great teacher, excellent at making sure students are doing postures safely and correctly, and at ensuring all postures are tailored for individual abilities. Lovely venue too!
I've been going to Karmaspace Yoga in Bishops Stortford for a couple of years as I find the classes brilliant and the teacher (Adrienne) really knowledgable and friendly. Specifically, Adrienne has been fantastic in tailoring specific exercises and schedules for my bad back over the years. She has been a massive support in my rehab. The classes are very informed and with relaxing atmosphere, and always with a nice positive vibe.
