Purchased mechanical scales which arrived safely but I have sadly, thought to return them as, being a certain age, cannot read the dial. Can see the stones but not the pounds!! Reluctantly decided to send them back. They were delivered promptly by a local courier. However, unless the scales are faulty I have to pay the postage to return them!! Cheapest is 14! So incensed will NEVER use Coopers again and will have to keep the scales I do not want. Absolutely furious

Visited Cooper's specifically because I heard they were stocking Lodgepole Pines which are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Sure enough, they had a good selection and the friendly member of staff even measured a couple up for me to ensure we picked one that would fit in the car. Having their own car park is an extra bonus.
