The customer service was horrible, I went to ask about the price of the laser and the receptionist had no idea of the prices, told me to return the next day for a test and that would tell me the prices. When I went they had me waiting 45 minutes because the printer did not work, when they told me the price this was excessive and to top off it they charged me 30 for the test when they had told me the previous day that it was free.
Quite small but this makes it more personable. The treatments that I, my daughter and granddaughter have had, were lovely. The therapists and receptionist are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely team , Jess, Kate and Michael all fabulous and Caci treatments applied professionally and most effective. I also have regular brow work and Im always delighted. Always a warm welcome and I cant ever fail to feel amazing when I leave x
