Love this restaurant and the fantastic cocktails. The staff are very friendly and food is amazing

Overrated - they want to appear as a high profile place, but the service is not that great unfortunately. They don't know their menu, the way they serve their wine is also very poor. We ordered and expensive bottle of wine and the waiter poored everything pretty much at once into our glasses, this is not the way you are supposed to serve wine. We asked for some main course suggestion too,but again hardly any help was provided. Honestly the waiting staff should be trained better. Also, upon arrival nobody even asked to take our coats from us. Hopefully these tips can help you to improve your standards. It's a nice looking venue, but needs improvement!

Excellent food. Extremely delicious. Accommodating staff and very friendly. The design is chic without being stuffy. Diane our waitress was fabulous. Highly recommend

I am so disappointed with the lack of care taken by Skew when dealing with allergens. I spent 6 weeks in communication with a member of the team to arrange a Christmas meal where two guests had food allergies and the whole way through I was advised that my requirements would easily be catered for. We agreed specific meal options and confirmed the allergens several times, and yet on the night both guests were served food containing the allergens. The food was returned to be re-cooked and as an apology I was offered a complimentary shot! I emailed the restaurant the following day to explain my concerns; that was a week ago and I have had no response at all. I really hope they have taken my comments on board because I would hate for someone to become seriously ill due to the restaurants blatant disregard for customers with serious food allergies.

Loud party on the open mezzanine plus the usual noisy ambience of the open forum restaurant meant chatting was shouting unless into the ear of your partner. Starters were nice. Mains a bit mixed. Two were cold. Two were hot. All 4 should have been hot. No one came to ask if everything was ok so the returned cold meal diners sat and watched the hot platers eat. So, I guess it's a place to be seen and it's not the food that draws the crowd. Up to you then. But don't go if you want to have a conversation.
